In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "luckwin" / "the Company" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the operator of luckwin.win, a PAGCOR-supervised online gaming platform serving players in the Philippines.
• "Platform" — refers to the luckwin.win website, mobile application, and all associated services, including but not limited to live casino, slots, bingo, sports betting, and payment facilities.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the luckwin Platform, or participates in any game or promotion offered by luckwin.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered account created by a Player on the luckwin Platform.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" — refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) balance held in a Player's luckwin account and available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or cashback amount credited to a Player's account pursuant to a luckwin promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" — refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the statutory body responsible for the licensing and regulation of gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification requirements imposed by PAGCOR anti-money laundering guidelines and Philippine law.

By accessing the luckwin Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any service offered by luckwin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with luckwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the luckwin Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain an account on the luckwin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity under Philippine law to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of luckwin or any of its affiliates, service providers, or PAGCOR-licensed game suppliers.
• You must not be registered on any gambling self-exclusion program, including any program maintained by PAGCOR or administered by luckwin, at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory prohibition, or other legal restriction that would prevent your participation in online gaming activities.

4.1 Registration

To use the luckwin Platform, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading. luckwin reserves the right to verify any information you provide at any time.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the luckwin Platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, luckwin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and winnings, and forfeit all balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your luckwin account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available on the luckwin Platform.
• Notify luckwin support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Sign out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

luckwin shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.4 KYC Verification

luckwin is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law to verify the identity of its players. You agree to provide luckwin with such documentation as may be required to satisfy KYC obligations, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable time may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal rights.

5.1 Deposits

luckwin accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Accepted Payment Methods section of the Platform, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as published on the Platform and subject to change without prior notice. luckwin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large deposits.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used to make a deposit to your account, and only to the same account holder — luckwin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active Bonus Funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements before the associated Real Money Funds may be withdrawn.
• luckwin reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and processing timeframes as published on the Platform.
• luckwin may delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance review.

5.3 Currency and Fees

The luckwin Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). luckwin does not charge fees on standard GCash or Maya transactions. Certain payment methods, including bank transfers and cryptocurrency, may be subject to third-party processing fees. Any such fees are disclosed during the transaction process.

The following general betting rules apply to all games and wagering activities on the luckwin Platform. Game-specific rules are published within each individual game or game category on the Platform.

• All bets placed on the luckwin Platform are final once confirmed. luckwin does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a technical error on the part of luckwin has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• luckwin reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical failure, data feed error, or other malfunction has materially affected the integrity of the game or bet.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded by luckwin's certified server logs shall be conclusive and binding, subject to review under luckwin's formal complaints procedure.
• All slot and RNG table game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system audited by an independent testing authority. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical game apparatus (cards, roulette wheel, dice) operated by a licensed live dealer in a regulated studio environment. Results are recorded by multiple synchronized camera systems and are subject to independent audit.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as recorded by luckwin's designated data provider. In the event of result uncertainty, luckwin's decision is final subject to the formal complaints procedure.
• luckwin reserves the right to apply minimum and maximum bet limits to any game, table, or market at any time. VIP players may be offered adjusted limits subject to their account tier and luckwin's approval.

luckwin offers various bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback programs, and other promotional offers to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms published on each individual promotion page.

• Promotions are available only to Players who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified for each offer, which may include account verification status, deposit history, and account tier.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as published on the applicable promotion page. Wagering requirements must be fully completed before Bonus Funds or winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are typically subject to game contribution weightings — not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are published on the promotion page for each offer.
• luckwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring existing commitments to Players who have already opted in and commenced wagering.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting wagering loopholes, colluding with other Players, or employing automated betting systems, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• luckwin's decision on all bonus-related matters is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure.

luckwin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as entertainment. If gambling is no longer enjoyable, or if you are spending more than you can afford, please use the responsible gaming tools available in your luckwin account settings.

8.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all luckwin players at no charge, accessible directly from your account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your luckwin account. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder that notifies you after a specified period of continuous play. Reminders are displayed as in-game notifications and do not automatically end your session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the luckwin Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. To request self-exclusion, contact luckwin support directly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities under Philippine law:

• Registering more than one account on the luckwin Platform, whether under the same or different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any time during your use of the Platform.
• Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Employing any automated betting system, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without luckwin's prior written consent.
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, or system malfunction to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or luckwin employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or reversing deposits after using the deposited funds for wagering.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical tool to mask your true geographic location or circumvent restrictions applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behavior toward luckwin staff, dealers, or other players.

All intellectual property rights in the luckwin Platform, including but not limited to the luckwin brand name, logo, website design, game software, user interface, graphics, audio content, and promotional materials, are owned by or licensed to luckwin. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any luckwin intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any luckwin content without luckwin's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of luckwin intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luckwin's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds held in your luckwin wallet at the time of the relevant event.

luckwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if luckwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

luckwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or secure from unauthorized access. luckwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical failures, or security breaches where luckwin has taken reasonable precautions commensurate with industry standards.

luckwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• A Player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A Player is found to be ineligible to hold an account under Section 3 of these Terms.
• A Player has failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time of a request.
• luckwin is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or any other competent authority.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion under luckwin's Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or violation of these Terms, luckwin will return any remaining real-money balance to the Player via the Player's registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC and security checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by contacting luckwin support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days.

luckwin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the luckwin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact luckwin support to request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the luckwin Platform, you agree to first contact luckwin support to attempt informal resolution. luckwin will endeavor to respond to and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's formal dispute resolution process, which provides a regulatory mechanism for resolving disputes between licensed operators and players under Philippine gaming law. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
